How do you come up with where to go to shoot? How does the BBC determine that list of amazing world-wide locations to send their camera crews? The stories to be told? It’s both geographic and temporal. A solar eclipse does not happen often nor can be seen everywhere.

Obvious is to emulate something you have seen and respect but to attempt to transcend and push further. Maybe rather than drawing inspiration for things I’ve seen or already like, the common thread of my imagery is learning how to portray ANYTHING in the light of the Pure Pulse that runs through everything I encounter

When you are given the gift of vision, the process of image capture and subsequent post processing is directed by the goal of reproducing the magic of that moment/place in such a way that the viewer glimpses the experience.
